Thi's expertise includes managing city—and regional—wide public health interventions for diverse communities and eliminating health disparities throughout California. She also focuses on Asian community health, particularly the Vietnamese community, and is bilingual in English and Vietnamese. Thi received her M.P.H. from San Francisco State University and her joint B.S./B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
