Project Concern International's mission is to prevent disease, improve community health, and promote sustainable development. One of their global projects is on the US/Mexico border. Their Border Health Initiative has been providing support to local organizations to address HIV and AIDS, tuberculosis, substance abuse, and reproductive health in the region.

Abundantia created a bilingual English-Spanish Logic Map, or internal web site, for their Border Health Initiative to enable diverse stakeholders on both sides of the border to easily access project data and relevant resources.
