Latino Pathways
#

Latino Pathways was a project funded by the Marin Community Foundation and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to link Marin County Latino residents with limited or no health insurance to health and social service programs, focusing on substance abuse, mental health and medical care; and to improve the capacity of the local health care system to serve the Latino community. The project operated from 1999-2003 and established new or expanded services targeting the Latino community.

Abundantia developed a web-based data collection tool, known as the Logic Map, to facilitate data collection, monitoring, and evaluation throughout the project. Population and system level data was collected and interlaced with project background information, contextual factors, and additional resources, including state and countywide policy and cultural and linguistic competency, to provide a comprehensive analysis of project outcomes and impact.
