Melissa evaluates projects related to climate change and visual methodologies. Melissa has over ten years of international program management and coordination experience with a focus on disaster relief and reconstruction. Melissa is fluent in French. She received an M.A. from the Johns Hopkins School of International Studies and a B.A. in international studies from Miami University (OH).
