Research Associate

Jose-Luis provides evaluation technical assistance to community-based organizations for our project with The Marin Community Foundation's Thriving Families Initiative. He utilizes qualitative methods, including focus groups and ethnographic interviews. Jose-Luis has expertise in the provision of social services and communication strategies targeting youth, fathers and Latinos. His long-standing commitment to the under-served has made him a valuable community member as well as professional in Marin County. Jose-Luis is bilingual in Spanish and English. He received his MA from Universidad Complutense, Madrid, Spain.
