Senior Consultant

Jane provides her expertise in public health policy, quality of care, and international health to Abundantia's applied research and strategic evaluations. Currently Jane is the Director of Health Services at Towson University in Maryland. She also holds faculty appointments at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and Johns Hopkins/Bloomberg School of Public Health, and conducts research in Africa and Central America. Previously Jane taught at a medical school in Madrid, Spain. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Jane received her M.D. from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and Doctorate of Public Health and Masters of Public Health from Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health.
